Online contributions made through this website are processed by ActBlue, a third-party fundraising platform used by the Campaign. The Campaign does not collect, store, process, or retain your credit card information on this website or in its own records. Payment card information submitted in connection with an online contribution is transmitted directly to ActBlue and is governed by ActBlue’s own terms, privacy, and security practices. ActBlue states that it collects transaction information related to contributions facilitated on its platform, and its services are governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Political contributions are governed by campaign finance laws, and Michigan campaign finance disclosure requirements are administered by the Michigan Department of State under the Michigan Campaign Finance Act.

Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions may be reported as required by law. Online donations are securely processed through ActBlue. Kimberly Fisher for State Representative does not store or retain credit card information.

5. Email and Text Message Communications

If you sign up through this website, you may receive campaign emails, calls, or text messages from the Campaign.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from the Campaign consistent with applicable law. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply for text messages.

You may opt out of campaign emails by using the unsubscribe link, where available, or by contacting the Campaign directly.

If the Campaign offers a text messaging program, you may opt out by replying STOP to a campaign text, and you may request assistance by replying HELP, where applicable.

Political campaign calls and texts are subject to FCC rules, including rules addressing consent requirements for certain autodialed political text messages to wireless numbers and the ability of recipients to revoke consent.

6. User Submissions

If you submit information through the website, including through contact forms, volunteer forms, event forms, or supporter forms, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

You also agree that we may use that information for lawful campaign purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
