Payment card information submitted in connection with an online contribution is transmitted directly to ActBlue and is governed by ActBlue’s own terms, privacy, and security practices. ActBlue states that it collects transaction information related to contributions facilitated on its platform, and its services are governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Political contributions are governed by campaign finance laws, and Michigan campaign finance disclosure requirements are administered by the Michigan Department of State under the Michigan Campaign Finance Act.
Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions may be reported as required by law. Online donations are securely processed through ActBlue. Kimberly Fisher for State Representative does not store or retain credit card information.
